It depends on where you are. Local orders will take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. For international orders, it will take longer. Estimated delivery details are provided in the product and checkout pages, and will also be provided in your confirmation email.
We use courier partners like Singpost for local delivery. For international orders, we may use other carriers like DHL, Fedex or other courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. We will only issue a refund to the original form of payment for defective items return within 7 working days. In such an event, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a description of the defective product and your return address. Refunds are issued once merchandise has undergone a quality control check upon receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note we do not issue refunds for our services in studios or for gift card purchases.

As all bookings are pre-allocated a time according to the service(s) requested during the booking of appointment, please be sure to indicate all preferred services to avoid disappointment.
Should you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment by leaving us a whatsapp message at +65 86348781. This provides us with ample time to offer your appointment slot to another customer. Please note that any non-compliance may be subjected to the following charges:
Non-Members After 3 consecutive no-shows, non-members will be required to pre-pay for their next appointment.
Members An immediate deduction of the booked service(s) from your existing treatment bundle or value membership.
Our salon runs on a tight schedule daily and any late arrivals will cause a delay in the next appointment. Hence, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, please note that you may risk having your appointment shortened, rescheduled or cancelled. In addition, the full value of the booked service may also be made chargeable.
In a bid to go cashless, we are currently only accepting payments made by NETS, MASTER or VISA in our salon.
Yes and no. While we do not offer complimentary gel removals gel polish manicures and pedicures done at our salon, we make an exception for all our customers who have a valid NGC membership with us.

In general, nail polishes that are ‘3-free’ do not contain toluene, dibutyl phthalate (DBP), or formaldehyde. Polishes that are '5-free' exclude formaldehyde resin or camphor from their ingredients.
