Returns
At Nails & Good Company, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have received a defective product, we are happy to offer an exchange if you return your products within 7 days. Do note that products can only be exchanged if they are purchased via our website and all shipping costs will be borne by you. For returns, write in to us at sales@ngcofficial.com and quote your order number.
- Jewelry: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on all earrings. Items must be unworn with original packaging intact. All items must be shipped back to us in the original box to avoid damaging the jewelry. Any returns received damage will not be exchanged.
